Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the LCCTeam will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Pazan Gallery (6 Brant Avenue).

All members in good standing are entitled to attend, participate, and vote
Refreshments will be served following the meeting

Additional Legal Requirements:
To ensure compliance with Ontario laws and Canada Revenue Agency requirements for charities, the following items have been included:

Financial Statements: Complete audited or reviewed financial statements will be available for review
Appointment of Auditor/Accountant: Required for ongoing compliance
Board Elections: As per our bylaws and the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act
Quorum Requirement: As per our bylaws minimum quorum is 6 board member of 8.
