• All members in good standing are entitled to attend, participate, and vote

1. Financial Statements: Complete audited or reviewed financial statements will be available for review

3. Board Elections: As per our bylaws and the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act
4. Quorum Requirement: As per our bylaws minimum quorum is 6 board member of 8.
