​​Welcome to the Lakeshore Corridor Community Team website, affectionately known as the LCCTeam! We're a group of passionate individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on our community. We believe that by working together and providing people with the resources they need, we can help establish a strong foundation for both individuals and the community. Whether providing household essentials like furniture and clothing or connecting people with vital services like shelter, food, and counselling, we're here to support our neighbours in need.
